Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

  Ship to BOYA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
